AM Ritual:

Rinse the night off. End your shower on cool water.

Towel dry your hair. 

Inhale, exhale and set your intention.

PM Ritual:

Rinse the day off. End your shower on cool water.

Towel dry your hair.

Add Hinu Co Hair Growth Oil on your hairs roots and tips. 

Inhale, exhale and forward fold.

Comb from the base of your hairline to the ends of your hair. 

This helps with blood flow to the follicles for healthier stronger hair. 

Inhale, exhale and rise. 

Comb from the front of your hairline to the ends of your hair. 

Plait your hair to protect from knots forming during sleep. 

Get your 8 hours babe. 

Rinse in the morning if needed, or undo plaits and comb the residual oil through your hair until shiny.
